My Fios

Before connecting your own router to Fios, there are a few things to keep in mind. First off, make sure your current router is Ethernet-based by inspecting its back. If a coax cable instead of an Ethernet port appears there is a high likelihood that MoCA (Multimedia over Coaxial Advanced) was used during installation in your house.
To use your own router, unplug both coax cables that lead to your ONT and power cables from the Verizon gateway router, then connect your own router directly to its WAN/Internet port using an ethernet cable. Log into the Verizon gateway router and release its DHCP lease; this will prevent its new router from trying to establish new lease relationships with ONTs.

My Business Wireless is an intuitive self-service mobile management solution tailored to small businesses. My Business Wireless can be added as an add-on to Verizon Business Internet fixed wireless access (FWA), working seamlessly with any existing router you already use.
Once logged in to my Business Wireless, the dashboard will provide an overview of your accounts and services in card-form. If multiple business accounts have been linked with myBusiness Wireless accounts, these cards will reflect products and services across them all.

My Account is an online service from Verizon that makes managing your Verizon account convenient from desktop computers, tablets and mobile phones. Sign in using Email, Password or Social Media credentials if you can't remember them - or click "Forgot Password?" to recover them and follow on-screen instructions if that fails - using your Phone number instead as an alternate form of ID when necessary.
