T-Mobile has long prioritized first responders as part of its mission and that has never been truer than now. Their national 5G network boasts the highest capacity in the country and covers 92% of Interstate Highway miles compared with only 68% for AT&T and 51% for Verizon - making T-Mobile an unprecedented force when it comes to speed, reliability and coverage.

Their network testing specialists have conducted nearly one million controlled drives and evaluated over 8 million data transfer tasks - more than 8 million data transfer tasks evaluated during network tests by GWS alone!
The umlaut 5G Score evaluates three key performance indicators of network reliability: Coverage Reach, Speed and Reliability. Each metric is assessed based on multiple criteria including: 5G Connection Success - showing in which areas 5G was active within a market; and 5G Connectivity Share - measuring how many data speed samples on 5G were good enough to support popular activities like streaming HD video or uploading files.
Prior National Advertising Division and Better Business Bureau National Programs cases have established that, when it comes to mobile networks, at least one metric assessing network reliability must take task completion into account. While umlaut's four tests do indeed assess task completion, NAD concluded they do not accurately reflect real life consumer experiences and how people understand network reliability.
